The item must be returned within 7 Days of delivery.

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

Digital Goods (Games, Software)

Perishable goods (e.g., food items).

Custom-made or personalized products.

Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable.”

 

 

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

3. Ship the item to our address:

Note: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

 

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed under the following terms:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days] to your original payment method.
